The Executive Committee's meeting schedule is based on a July through June cycle, with the term of office ending June 30 of a given year. The Executive Committee meets virtually the second and fourth Thursday of every month from 3:00-5:00p.m. except during October, November and December when the Committee meets only on the second Thursday of the month due to P&T, Thanksgiving and Christmas closures.
